Effective Date: December 19, 2025

Service Provider: DRIVECORE MOBILITY (PVT) LTD (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform" or "the Company")

Service Nature: Professional vehicle rental and driver dispatch service.

Part One: Terms of Service

1. Agreement Definitions

This agreement is entered into by DRIVECORE MOBILITY (PVT) LTD and the corporate user ("Client") using this service. We provide Clients with vehicles and legally qualified drivers, who provide transportation services according to the Client's instructions (within the scope permitted by laws and regulations).

2. Driver Identity and Management

Service Provider Employees: All drivers provided by the Platform are our employees or contracted partners, and their employment/service relationship belongs to us.

Client Rights: Clients have the right to supervise and complain about the driver's service attitude, appearance, and driving behavior.

Directive Authority: Clients have the right to direct the vehicle's route and destination, but not the right to directly instruct the driver to perform illegal operations, drive while fatigued, or violate traffic regulations.

3. Driver Qualifications and Compliance:

Qualification Guarantee: We guarantee that the drivers we provide hold valid driver's licenses and possess the appropriate professional qualification certificate (if applicable) for the type of vehicle they are driving.

Background Check: We will conduct a rigorous background check on drivers, including but not limited to no record of drunk driving, drug driving, violent crimes, or major traffic accidents.

Appearance and Demeanor: Drivers should be neatly dressed, wear their name tags, and adhere to professional ethics during service.

4. Service Behavior Standards: Drivers must comply with the following regulations during service:

Punctuality and Reliability: Arrive at the designated location early and ensure the vehicle is clean.

Safe Driving: Strictly abide by traffic regulations; do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, do not speed, and do not drive while fatigued.

Confidentiality Obligation: Drivers have an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of client trade secrets, conversations, and itinerary information learned during the service process and must not disclose or record such information.

No Smoking & No Disturbance: Smoking, making or receiving phone calls (using Bluetooth headsets), or engaging in any behavior that could affect driving safety is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle during the service period.

5. Liability Division

Driver's Liability: During the rental period, we will bear primary responsibility for any traffic accidents, fines, and civil liabilities caused by the driver's improper operation or violation of traffic regulations (specific liability depends on the accident report and insurance payout).

Customer Liability: If an accident occurs due to the customer instructing the driver to violate traffic regulations (such as forcing the driver to speed or run a red light), the customer will bear corresponding legal and compensation responsibilities.

Property Safeguarding: The driver is obligated to assist the customer in placing luggage, but we will not be liable for any valuables lost inside the vehicle unless the loss was intentional or due to gross negligence on the part of the driver (customers are advised to purchase appropriate insurance).

6. Fees and Settlement

Fee Composition: The fee includes vehicle usage fee, driver service fee, fuel (or electricity) fee, toll fees, and taxes.

Overtime Fee: If the service time exceeds the booked duration or mileage, additional driver fees and vehicle rental fees will be charged according to standard rates.

Part Two: Privacy Policy

1. Special Information Collection (For Services with Drivers)

Because the service includes a driver, we may collect the following additional information to ensure safety and service quality:

Driver Biometric Information: Used for onboarding verification and pre-trip identity verification.

In-Vehicle Audio/Video Recording: Some vehicles may be equipped with a dashcam or in-vehicle audio recording device.

Purpose: Used solely for handling traffic accident liability determination, responding to malicious complaints, ensuring passenger safety, and combating crime.

Notice: We will post a "This vehicle is recording audio/video" sign in a prominent location inside the vehicle.

Real-Time Location Sharing: During service, we will collect the vehicle's real-time location information to ensure customer safety and dispatch management.

2. Communication Monitoring and Data Retention

Right to Monitor: For driver training and dispute resolution, we may monitor the driver's conversations (usually when connected to the vehicle's Bluetooth or corporate line). We promise to only access relevant recordings when necessary (e.g., in the event of a complaint or accident).

Data Retention: Audio and video recordings are typically retained for no more than 30 days, unless involved in an ongoing legal investigation or accident handling.

3. Third-Party Sharing (Insurance Companies and Regulatory Agencies)

In the event of a traffic accident, we may provide the driver's personal information, accident scene audio and video recordings, and driving trajectory to insurance companies for claims processing, or to traffic management departments for accident investigation.

Part Three: Safety and Disclaimer

1. Prohibited Dangerous Behaviors

Customers are strictly prohibited from:

Interfering with the driver's normal driving (e.g., grabbing the steering wheel, gearshift, etc.).

Carrying flammable, explosive, toxic, or hazardous materials on board.

Carrying unpackaged items with strong odors or that may pollute the vehicle.

Bringing pets (except guide dogs).

2. Epidemic and Health

If a customer is intoxicated or has an infectious disease and has not informed us in advance, the driver has the right to refuse service or terminate the service midway to protect the health and safety of the driver and other passengers.

3. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure events such as extreme weather, traffic control, or road closures, the driver has the right to change routes or suspend service. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by both parties through negotiation.
